We want you to love your purchase from Sultana. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- Defects & Damages: In the unlikely event that your item arrives defective or damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photos of the defect, and we will take care of the rest.
- The Return Process:Â Once your return is initiated, our delivery partner will pick up the package from your location.
- Refunds: Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will process your refund via InstaPay or Direct Bank Transfer.
